This resource was developed to support accurate clinical measure reporting on Tables 6B and 7 for the 2021 UDS report. It is recommended to assist health centers report the clinical measure numerators and denominators as the measure stewards intended. The measures and supporting materials presented reflect the structure and language of the measure stewards.
